Cold-Busting Apple Fire Cider

Ingredients:

–          1/2 cup turmeric root
–          1 medium red onion
–          10 cloves of garlic
–          1/2 cup ginger root
–          1/2 cup horseradish root
–          1 jalapeno pepper
–          1 lemon
–          1/4 tsp cayenne powder
–          A 32 oz bottle of raw organic apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the vinegar. Then, transfer the chopped ingredients in a Mason jar or glass container with a lid and fill the rest of it with vinegar. Keep refrigerated for a month, shaking once daily. Strain the mixture and transfer into a clean jar after a month.

Use:

Take 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times daily until the symptoms go away. In case your body is sensitive to spicy food, take ½ -1 tablespoon two to three times daily.
