2 Garlic Bulbs
1 White Onion
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Habanero or chili pepper
Herbs Of Choice
Add about 6 inches of vinegar into a large glass jar, and then add in the herbs. Let this sit for around a month in a cool and dark space. Then, add in the chopped vegetables, covering them completely with the vinegar. Seal the jar well and let it sit for a few weeks. Shake the mixture daily to ensure uniform reaction and chemical distribution.
Take one single shot 1-2 times a day, and 5-6 when you are fighting off an ailment.
